HOW IT STARTED
Created by Nicholas A. Guillem, an Ecuadorian-American New Media & Design major at Fordham University, Save the World Magazine was inspired by a desire to combine a love for media arts with a passion for the environmental movement. In December of 2020, a year that saw immense environmental destruction and human rights violation, @savetheworldmag made its first post on Instagram, and STWMAG was born.

Save the World Magazine is a paperless periodical telling stories of environmental justice through art. Our goal is to spread awareness of the injustices against underserved communities and our planet. We connect a diverse lineup of small and large artists with a greater audience.
